Nasolabial folds

Nasolabial folds may be addressed by a facelift, direct excision or various injectables. Restylane and fat injections are useful to soften these folds. I would avoid any injectable with permanent molecules

Cheek augmentation

Options for cheek augmentation include implants, bone grafts and a volumetric facelift.

Cheek reduction

Some patients with very prominent cheeks (in particular Korean patients) request reduction and this usually requires bony osteotomies performed from inside the mouth.
